Returns & Refunds policy

1. General Policy

Society Sphere operates on a subscription-based model, typically billed monthly or annually based on the number of flats, societies, or specific modules used.

All payments made are considered final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Partial usage of the service

• Inactivity or non-usage

• Incorrect data entered by the user

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

• No pro-rata refund will be issued for unused days or months.

• The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., double billing), please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. If found valid, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues or failure to deliver the promised core features, despite attempts by our team to resolve them.

• Duplicate payments or errors caused by our billing system.

Any refund issued in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Society Sphere and will be processed only after internal verification.
